Is the AI Assessment really free?
Yes. Two complimentary 60-minute working sessions plus the three deliverables (Readiness Scorecard, Opportunity Map, 30/60/90 Roadmap). There's no engagement requirement and the roadmap is yours to keep, with or without continued Quantum involvement.
Who should attend the sessions?
Ideally your revenue operations lead, your senior sales or marketing leader, and the person who owns your HubSpot portal (if applicable). Three people is the sweet spot.
Do I need to be a HubSpot customer to qualify?
Not strictly — the framework applies to any CRM environment. That said, we're a HubSpot Diamond Partner, so HubSpot-native customers get the deepest integration recommendations. Salesforce customers are welcome too.
Will this require my IT team's involvement?
No IT involvement is needed for the two assessment sessions — they're conversational and audit-focused. If you choose to have Quantum execute the roadmap, we work directly with your HubSpot admin and AI tool admins.
What if we're already mid-AI-implementation with another partner?
That's fine. The Assessment focuses on identifying opportunities and prioritizing — which complements (not replaces) execution-in-flight. Many clients use the Assessment to validate that their current AI investments are heading toward measurable revenue outcomes.
How long does an AI build typically take after the assessment?
