What data gets migrated, and what doesn't?
Standard migrations move contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, emails, calls, custom properties, lists, and workflows. We also migrate active marketing assets — landing pages, forms, email templates — when the source platform supports it. We do not migrate things that should not move: stale data, duplicates, unused custom fields, dormant contacts that would dilute your portal. Cleanup is part of the migration, not an afterthought.
How do you prevent downtime or data loss during a HubSpot migration?
Every migration runs in three phases: a pilot migration into a HubSpot sandbox where we validate every record, a staged production migration with checkpoints between each major data type, and a final cutover with both systems running in parallel until you confirm the new portal is operating correctly. Source data is not deleted until you sign off. The backup is your insurance — we have never lost data in a migration we have run, and the redundant approach is why.
What happens after the migration is complete?
Post-migration support continues for a defined period — typically 30 to 60 days — covering training, fine-tuning, and addressing the small issues that only surface in real-world use.
