Is the working session really free?

Yes. The two complimentary sessions are part of Quantum's strategic partnership with ZoomInfo. There's no engagement requirement and the roadmap you receive is yours to keep.

Who should attend the working sessions?

Ideally your sales operations lead, your top sales rep or sales manager, and the person who owns your HubSpot portal. We can run sessions with smaller groups, but representation across these three roles produces the strongest plan.

Will this require my IT team's involvement?

No IT involvement is needed for the two working sessions — they're conversational and audit-focused. If you choose to have Quantum execute the roadmap, we work directly with your HubSpot admin. We don't require server access, custom development, or infrastructure changes.

What if we're already mid-implementation with another partner?

That's fine. The Accelerator focuses specifically on the ZoomInfo + HubSpot integration layer, which complements rather than replaces broader implementation work. We're happy to coordinate with your existing partner or focus on areas they aren't covering.

Do we need to commit to QBS for ongoing services?
